Reliable solution
I signed up for them 6 months ago and it is much better than the 4 other hosts I have used so far. The servers are stable and the uptime is really good, in fact I have not experience any down time yet. Support team is via tickets and email but they are pretty fast though. Every my request has been dealt with in less than 2 hours. Prices are a bit high, but it all worth it.

I purchased a hosting plan with these people and have had one problem after another and the lack of support is awful. the only support is through email and the answers are incomplete or ineffective. no phone support... how dumb is that? there website says 24/7 support with a picture showing several people with headsets on just waiting to ignore your call. I should have read some reviews on this sub standard host before spending the money for domain name and hosting with them.

Janhost rocks
I use them and they have all I need. The support staff answers sometimes in a few minutes after I ask a question. The server is stable the control panel has a number of features that I was not able to find any where else. They do have ASP.NET for their paid plan that I use. It is true that they do not have MS SQL, but the difference here is that they offer free PHP hosting not free windows hosting. In fact I do not know is there any companies offering completely free windows web hosting. So I guess that Daniel's comparison is just not suitable. I would recommend Janhost.com to any one looking for free and paid Linux based hosting.

The best
I use them too and I am please with the performance absolutely no down time for the last few months. I really doubt that the guy below me has any experience with them to write such a review. I believe that they are the best.

they are great
I chose Janhost as they were the best solution for my business - and they have been ever since. Great uptime and excellent email speed along with a good team to work with.
My company has about 20 emails (that we use all the time) and our site is less than 10 pages. That being said, our package and this server we are on is really great - no problems so far.
