sure they have a good ftp server, but the downtime is to much and their support sucks..

Worst Host Ever
They claim to be the best free hosting ever, but they are just full of it. Downtime is a high at this hosting website...
I moved over to Pyloth Hosting and they seem to be doing wonderful. I recommend them. :]

Too Much Down Time
I have given up on this hosting service as over the past month my site has been available for about a week. They have been plagued by hardware problems but to be honest I don't think the people who are doing the repair work know exactly what they are doing and consequently cause further problems. Maybe they will get their act together again but until then it is best to look elsewhere.

They only know to suspend accounts,ban from forums.Really bad service ,their support is also bad.

Outstanding Service
I have been a member for a few years now, the service is outstanding. If your site goes down for some reason, don't panic as all is backed up and always gets restored. Only once this happened to my site in 3 solid years.

X10 support sucks
X10 doesnt have a good support.They provide support from their users itself.One username BOSS IS THE BEST who post rubbish ,blunders is now a support staff. He is a total idiot. Good for nothing.He must be throwed out and real admins must help//////

They've gone WAY downhill
They have gone downhill in a big way. They used to be great, but no more. Now they constantly mess with the servers, often times causing downtime or even the loss of your entire site. They blame EVERY problem on you and refuse to help, even if it's obviously something on their end. And yes, I know enough about hosting to know when it's a problem on my end or theirs.

not so good
they use to be real good but now they suck... they move so much stuff around and they change so many things on a daily basis i dont know why they dont just leave it alone... my site has been down for a week because they are "moving" servers....
