If you where interested in paid hosting then you should have signed up for it. Our free hosting is exactly that. If you had opted to upgrade your free hosting account to a paid hosting account, then we would have done so happily. But you decided to go against what you agreed to when you signed up for a FREE account. You only got a 4 day suspension of which you decided to dispute. The staff member who assisted you was more than willing to unsuspend your account if he found the ads where placed as you claimed they where. When he didn't find them you decided to get verbal. Funny how if the staff member had found that we where wrong and the ads where there, he would have apologised nicely and moved on.
Then lets not mention the nice post you left on our support forums, that was professional to the tea.

good features but bad administration

How i am going to pay you if you teminated my account before 15 days? lets be sincere a good webhosting service will offer you like hostgator or any other (this is just an example)

IF you considerate your own service only as a FREE hosting service u got the problem there. Offer a real competitive paid hosting service to start.
I comeback here because im a good citizen im worry about this bad practices that doesn't match with your good "FREE hosting services " a good free hosting will get "Good PAID CUSTOMERS" now i am 1 less.... Good Space & bandwith but wrong TOS, politics and terrible banners.

x10hosting is bad news
x10hosting.com is reactionary. Stay away from it. Bunch of pubers with a pesonality issue. Their fascist attitude is unfortunately legal.

Fastest, Greatest Host ever.
x10Hosting has some of, if not fastest, free hosting servers available on the free hosting market today. They have lightening fast support, usual response times are under an hour. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family, signup today and you won't regret it. The only downside is that you need to login to the forums every 2-weeks, a lot of people say post too, but you only need to login. Other than that, this it the #1 free host on the web.

We require our users to log into the forums atleast once every two weeks for us to know wether your account is active or not. This way, we can limit the number of inactivate sites that continue to use up/hog CPU resources.
As for the current downtime, we have been preforming a lot of changes on all our free web servers, to resolve the MySQL issue, and to optimise the efficientcy of the servers. This is clearly stated in numerous locations throughout the entire support forums ( http://forums.x10hosting.com ).

Suckiest thing ever happend to my site
Yeah... all the good stuff offered @ x10hosting, but their downtime is ALWAYS... than the uptime...
I think it's a trick for them to always login to their forum for support...
Bringing the server down for the members to force visit the forum to get some support???
BTW, what's the catch with the forum?.... to earn some ADS??? lol

Young kids playing with servers
X10hosting seems to like to play around with the servers. I signed up and was down 3 times in a week due to server changes, etc. At one point the entire myPHP disappeared along with my database but it came back a day later. I wouldn't put anything on the server that you value without a solid backup plan. The forums can be helpful, but the moderators are a little sensitive if you make a negative post. Hey, it's free! Still seems to be better than other similar services.

Free hosting with MYSQL . . .
What more could you ask for?
To keep inactive members from placing sites on their server and just leaving them there to rot, they suspend accounts which are inactive or have not started developing within the first week.
Not me, though. I love my website. I like x10hosting's forums, too. Lots of helpful folks around. It's full of juvenile pre-teens at times, but what forum isn't? :/

Great but some flaws
x10hosting is close to perfect with great services & features but there are a few things that bug me. There is plenty of downtime because according to their "Server Alerts", lots of things go wrong that take a few days to fix. I hate the fact that just when I'm perfect happy with their service, another server alert happens and my site is down again.
