slow servers

I used them before, but when I was with them my site started to slow down not only in terms of speed, but SEO as well. For example my site was ranking on top keywords for play WOW online, but not any more. I am sure that google punished me because of them

Really?

I'm trying to sign up for free hosting, and their system is telling me I'm already a member. I've never seen the site until a few moments ago. This is the THIRD free host that was rated really good on this directory site, and it's STRIKE THREE.
