X10hosting is the worst i have seen ever.They had a forum to post our complaints.They wont solve our problem for any reason.One admin like Corey and Adamparkzer are their two idiots working for nothing,people pls dont use x10.

incompetance or cesorship for a bank
my site was waptek2 x10hosting.com
i got a suspension the 1 word reason as "phishing"
they cannot bother to tell me exactly why the company did this in the suspension report
they and their coworkers wont or cannot determine IF the complaint was valid
and then one of them sent a snotty email to me
telling me that i should be able to figure out what was wrong without info
covering up lazyness
you know what i think? i think they are lieing!
i think the system flagged me and they have no clue what happened,
they are trying to cover up that they do not have the authority to fix it
i mirrored my website after the last outage so

Stay away!
Staff is rude and incompetent. During server maintenance your site will get suspended and they will tell you it's your fault for using all their system resources, when in fact you couldn't even get on your site for the past week because of their "maintenance". Half the time CPanel is blank (and many complain about this) and the sites are always slow. Terrible service!

Just your average hosting
x10 is just your average hosting, with poor support and a TOS they breach often (it would seem).
For example:
I asked for a refund, and they stated that "Not having money" is not a viable refund reason.

99% Downtime Guaranteed
Worst host ive ever seen, the downtime is horrid and when you ask for support the admins basically flame you for bitching about downtime when you aren't paying for anything, if your thinking about having a free website, then x10 hosting is not for you, downtime essentially makes "free web hosingt" unexistant.

Ridiculous Downtime
Absolutely retarded downtime. My website was constantly down/unable to connect. I'd say that for every hour, my website is down for about 35 minutes. I know it's free...But even if it's free, it shouldn't be this unreliable. I'm switching hosts ASAP; I'm not investing my time and potentially my money in these irresponsible people.

Downtime = 0%
Dowtime was just horrible. You can't trust this site with your life...If you did, your in for a ride. With longest downtime in all hsoting I have seen. They terminate many accounts for no reason at all, but seem to love to come up with some bull to terminate you anyways. 99.9% uptime? More like WHENEVERWEFEELLIKEIT%.

x10hosting - The Best Free Hosting
I see that there are a few reviews here from people who write short, anonymous reviews. And then there are some from have legitimate problems, and others (like the one from culero) which are just plain wrong.
x10hosting offers the best that free hosting has to offer when you factor in uptime and everything. Comparing it to a paid host is rediculous.

If you where interested in paid hosting then you should have signed up for it. Our free hosting is exactly that. If you had opted to upgrade your free hosting account to a paid hosting account, then we would have done so happily. But you decided to go against what you agreed to when you signed up for a FREE account. You only got a 4 day suspension of which you decided to dispute. The staff member who assisted you was more than willing to unsuspend your account if he found the ads where placed as you claimed they where. When he didn't find them you decided to get verbal. Funny how if the staff member had found that we where wrong and the ads where there, he would have apologised nicely and moved on.
Then lets not mention the nice post you left on our support forums, that was professional to the tea.

good features but bad administration

IF you considerate your own service only as a FREE hosting service u got the problem there. Offer a real competitive paid hosting service to start.
I comeback here because im a good citizen im worry about this bad practices that doesn't match with your good "FREE hosting services " a good free hosting will get "Good PAID CUSTOMERS" now i am 1 less.... Good Space & bandwith but wrong TOS, politics and terrible banners.

Fastest, Greatest Host ever.
x10Hosting has some of, if not fastest, free hosting servers available on the free hosting market today. They have lightening fast support, usual response times are under an hour. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family, signup today and you won't regret it. The only downside is that you need to login to the forums every 2-weeks, a lot of people say post too, but you only need to login. Other than that, this it the #1 free host on the web.

We require our users to log into the forums atleast once every two weeks for us to know wether your account is active or not. This way, we can limit the number of inactivate sites that continue to use up/hog CPU resources.
As for the current downtime, we have been preforming a lot of changes on all our free web servers, to resolve the MySQL issue, and to optimise the efficientcy of the servers. This is clearly stated in numerous locations throughout the entire support forums ( http://forums.x10hosting.com ).

Suckiest thing ever happend to my site
Yeah... all the good stuff offered @ x10hosting, but their downtime is ALWAYS... than the uptime...
I think it's a trick for them to always login to their forum for support...
Bringing the server down for the members to force visit the forum to get some support???
BTW, what's the catch with the forum?.... to earn some ADS??? lol

Young kids playing with servers
X10hosting seems to like to play around with the servers. I signed up and was down 3 times in a week due to server changes, etc. At one point the entire myPHP disappeared along with my database but it came back a day later. I wouldn't put anything on the server that you value without a solid backup plan. The forums can be helpful, but the moderators are a little sensitive if you make a negative post. Hey, it's free! Still seems to be better than other similar services.

Great but some flaws
x10hosting is close to perfect with great services & features but there are a few things that bug me. There is plenty of downtime because according to their "Server Alerts", lots of things go wrong that take a few days to fix. I hate the fact that just when I'm perfect happy with their service, another server alert happens and my site is down again.

Rubbish, don't bother
Really poor. After a week, my site (which did not contain any copyright material or anything that infringed the hosting rules) was suspended, without explanation, and I was locked out. Really rude. Don't waste your time building a page here, they'll just wipe it anyway.
